These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Portal shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in Oregon.
12. Payment Posting Policy
Payments are applied on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis unless otherwise designated by you and confirmed with Western Mercantile Agency, Inc. via phone or email. If you wish to have a payment applied to a specific account or balance, please contact our office prior to or immediately after making your payment to ensure it is designated accordingly.
